I am a long time customer and I am always very satisfied. Customer service even checked on me order when I shipped to a friend and asked if this was intentionally or a fraud.
Never had the case that anybody cared if the usual address changes and/or the recipient name is different. The products are highest quality and I do not buy any cheap washi tapes anymore.

I have been shopping with Notebook Therapy for about five years and usually place at least two orders a year. I am always so impressed with everything I order. Everything is so beautiful, well thought out, and executed perfectly.
Whenever I receive a package from NT it feels like I'm receiving a gift. I've never encountered any issues, never needed to contact customer service, and receive my items in a reasonable amount of time. Even with the prices going up due to tariffs, I don't hesitate to spend the extra money because I know I won't be disappointed.

I ordered a Travelers bundle. Order arrived in about a week so no problem with delivery. The stickers and tape were good quality, the notebook is cute and the paper is thick and most things don't bleed through it. The issue I did find though is when I was using the tape to decorate it and making layouts, things looked 'off' and I couldn't get them aligned properly. Things aligned with the paper edge were running into the next row of grid towards the bottom of the page, and aligning to the lines of dots was leaving widening gaps. I measured from the edge of the page to the first dots top and bottom and realised there was a 2mm difference between them which when working with a 5mm grid is quite significant. Either the print of the dots was off or the pages weren't properly aligned when bound and cut. I find this pretty irritating now when creating layouts as it's just enough to make everything look slightly wonky. For this reason I wouldn't buy from this brand again. This is a fairly basic quality control issue, so as fun as some of their items are, I will be sticking to other sources.

The products are very high quality - while not cheap you feel like you are getting your money's worth. I absolutely love them! Only drawback the box came crushed and torn. Luckily and surprisingly, the items were not damaged. it was very odd considering all the care that seemed to go into the merchandise - it looks like the box was too small and quite weak. That is a bit troublesome, but the pro's outweigh the con's.

The images online are great but nothing is compared to the real feeling of a notebook in your hand. Now I get why is called notebook therapy, it's a treat for yourself or for someone you love. Ten across the board for the quality, the cuteness and the delivery that was perfect.

This is the best journal I have ever owned, it's absolutely stunning, the quality is flawless. There is literally nothing I would change about it. Pages are thick so ink doesn't bleed through, when you open it, it lays flat, and that doesn't even touch on the stunning design on the outside. I'll never get my journals from anywhere else! I have the little green one too and it's so cute!

This is a BEAUTIFUL dot grid notebook! The case it came in, alone, is so pretty! This notebook feels soft and velvety. I appreciate it has two satin bookmarks instead of the standard one. I'm slightly (hence four stars, instead of five) disappointing in the paper. It has a light coating to it. My PaperMate Flair pen that has been my default, ride or die pen smudges in his notebook. It's just too only and the coating on the pages doesn't allow it to dry as fast. Included a photo of some smudging.
Finally got my journal today!! It’s so pretty 😍 I love it. The box is nice also. However, it did not come with the lemon figured paper clip. That was a bummer. I will start writing tonight.
Bought this and the Luminous Garden notebook for me and my twin. I love the embossing on this so much and the colour is so beautiful. I love both so much but this one is my favourite and my twin loves the darker green design ✨

I love the journal, super high quality and doesnt bleed though when i use my ink pen which bleeds theough regular paper. it lays flat and i love the cloth feel on the cover. super cute and worth the money!!

I've got the B5 Bullet Journal. The cover it's beautiful, but I think that this fabric will get dirty very easy, hope that it s gonna last well for my 2024 :D

I knew I wanted the journal & the washi tapes the moment I saw them, and I love them even more now that they're in my hands. The pages do feel like they can handle watercolors & feel quite satisfying to flip through. Can't wait to use them come January, along with this lovely set of mystery stickers!
Absolutely LOVE this bullet journal, and notebook therapy in general. For 2022 I bought the moonflower journal and it was amazing! Pages are so thick. I do lots of mixed media stuff, so watercolour, pens, scrapbooking (lots of gluing different papers). No bleed, the pages stayed firm and didn’t bend with the extra weight. 2023 I was cheap and just bought something from my local office supplies store - already bought my journal (this one) for 2024. Definitely worth the money. Love the velvety green cover and pages are same high quality! I find the sleeve at the back not particularly useful because you can’t carry much without it getting awkward and bulky, but fits a couple slips of paper. Otherwise amazing. The dots match up on every pages unlike some other bullet journals, which is so much better. Overall definitely 5 stars.
This notebook is my favourite so far! I've been journaling since 2019, and always used a different notebook (Leuchtturm, Moleskine, no name etc.) but this is THE best. Great size (B5), thicc paper, nice details on the book (and also on the packaging), AND - this was very important for me - a 179 pages! Absolutely perfect!

The best BuJo I have ever had!! My fountain pens and Stabilo Brush pens have not bled through the pages (even after colouring in).
Also love the design, quality, double ribbon and the little pocket on the back cover.
I love that it is completely blank but it would be nice if the journal came with numbered pages on the bottom right.
Shopping took a bit of time (RSA), but the tracking information was accurate and I received everything in perfect condition.

I have been using it for about 3 months now and it has not gotten dirty which is what I was scared of since it is white and I carry my BuJo everywhere.
The only reason I took off a star was because the ribbon bookmarks fell off.
The notebook is really really pretty and im glad I chose notebook theraoy for purchasing a notebook this time! It took only 21 days to arrive, and i was happy cause i thought it would take a month. I definitely recommend! 🍃

So happy with this journal! The first one I received had a defect and I contacted them and got it replaced, and it’s perfect. The cover is beautiful, I love the B5 size, the bookmarks and star-shaped paperclip and the silver edges make it even better. The paper seems thick and sturdy enough for various uses and I’m excited to keep using this journal
