I am a long time customer and I am always very satisfied. Customer service even checked on me order when I shipped to a friend and asked if this was intentionally or a fraud.
Never had the case that anybody cared if the usual address changes and/or the recipient name is different. The products are highest quality and I do not buy any cheap washi tapes anymore.

I have been shopping with Notebook Therapy for about five years and usually place at least two orders a year. I am always so impressed with everything I order. Everything is so beautiful, well thought out, and executed perfectly.
Whenever I receive a package from NT it feels like I'm receiving a gift. I've never encountered any issues, never needed to contact customer service, and receive my items in a reasonable amount of time. Even with the prices going up due to tariffs, I don't hesitate to spend the extra money because I know I won't be disappointed.

Product took awhile to arrive, but the tracking was very detailed so I could see when it cleared customs and where it was the whole time. The product itself was beautiful, as was the packaging - opening my purchase felt like a lovely experience. I can't wait to make another purchase in the future.

I ordered a Travelers bundle. Order arrived in about a week so no problem with delivery. The stickers and tape were good quality, the notebook is cute and the paper is thick and most things don't bleed through it. The issue I did find though is when I was using the tape to decorate it and making layouts, things looked 'off' and I couldn't get them aligned properly. Things aligned with the paper edge were running into the next row of grid towards the bottom of the page, and aligning to the lines of dots was leaving widening gaps. I measured from the edge of the page to the first dots top and bottom and realised there was a 2mm difference between them which when working with a 5mm grid is quite significant. Either the print of the dots was off or the pages weren't properly aligned when bound and cut. I find this pretty irritating now when creating layouts as it's just enough to make everything look slightly wonky. For this reason I wouldn't buy from this brand again. This is a fairly basic quality control issue, so as fun as some of their items are, I will be sticking to other sources.

The products are very high quality - while not cheap you feel like you are getting your money's worth. I absolutely love them! Only drawback the box came crushed and torn. Luckily and surprisingly, the items were not damaged. it was very odd considering all the care that seemed to go into the merchandise - it looks like the box was too small and quite weak. That is a bit troublesome, but the pro's outweigh the con's.

The images online are great but nothing is compared to the real feeling of a notebook in your hand. Now I get why is called notebook therapy, it's a treat for yourself or for someone you love. Ten across the board for the quality, the cuteness and the delivery that was perfect.

This is the best purchase I'ever made when it comes to journaling and scrapbooking materials. The stencils are very sturdy and there is a variety of shapes. I am also in love with the mint colour I'd chosen. I'm sure this set will last me for a really long time. Special thanks to the people behind ths page. They were super nice and fast when I had a problem with my order (stuck in customs for weeks). All in all, I am very happy with my set and the service. I highly recommend them!

These durable stencils boost my creativity. At first, you may feel "limited" because shapes restrict you. "These are the only shapes here. I couldn't do anything more." But, Notebook Therapy's stencils are unique. There are 6 stencils in this package that could help bujo users create hundreds, if not, thousands of designs! I love the BUJO and the quality and design of the templates is above expectations. I also ordered a bag and the quality is excellent, much better than I had hoped. The quality of all the products are definitely of a standard for lovely gift.
The only thing is I didn’t scroll down the very bottom image which showed how dark the templates actually are. The lilac is not soft or pastel, they are a strong purple colour.
🤞They bring the stencils out in pink, I would order them in a heartbeat (and they could match my bag).

It is probably the best stencil i have bought! The quality is so good. The only problem is that i have trouble using the weekly habit tracker, because the vertical side is barely shorter than the horizontal side. And as the perfectionist I am, I want the lines to collide with the dots in my Journal and in this case it wont.

I've wanted the stencil set for a LONG TIME and I waited so long before I finally caved during a sale, and BOY I do not regret it! Not only was the packaging great but I was so impressed with the stencils. I got the blue ones and the color is so pretty! I also love all of the options and different styles you get in the set. I waited to get these because I thought they were expensive, but they are so worth it, and I am just kicking myself for not getting them sooner!!

I love these templates! I can’t believe I agonized so much over buying them. I thought $30 was kind of expensive but there are 6 stencils, so it is actually a great deal at $5 a stencil. They are well made, not flimsy like other stencils. Definitely worth it and they are really a lot of fun.

I love the selection of patterns in this set. The only caveat is to keep it away from kids and pets who might sit on the panels as the panels will break. Because of that, and having pets and family who don't always respect my craft space, I wish these were made in metal.

I am not usually a stencil fan, but was really impressed with these! The color is beautiful and the stencils really have a TON of options for creative use! I love that one side is a ruler and the other side has a creative edge, no space was wasted with these. I think these will be handy for bringing BuJo-ing to more people. I am not a great artist, but I like having a notebook that has a creative side to it. Can’t wait to see what the next stencil addition is... letters?! Months? Days of the week? 😉😉 thank you!!
