Top 10 2025 Bullet Journal Cover Ideas

As 2025 approaches, it’s time to refresh your bullet journal game with a cover page that sets the tone for the year ahead. Whether you’re a seasoned journaler or just starting, the cover of your bullet journal is your chance to make a bold statement and inspire yourself every time you flip open your notebook. Here are some of our favourite 2025 bullet journal covers to spark your imagination!

Starting you off with my very own 2025 bullet journal cover. I decided to go for a fairytale theme using items from our 2025 Lucky Bag!

I find that layering different paper types is such an easy way to make any page look visually pleasing. Of course I added some washi tapes and stickers to decorate.🐍

If you are looking for something simpler and just want to use your favourite pens and brush pens, this cover idea is for you! ✨

Using simple geometric shapes and lines and bold lettering for a chic and minimalist page to reflect a fresh start for the year.📚

If you are more of an artist or illustrator and want to show off your drawing skills, a drawing of your favourite animals or characters or anything you like in the middle with a small “2025” writing at the bottom is such a look! I love the illustration of the 2 frogs in this, sooo adorable and the colours are so vibrant!🐸

If you want to go for cute and simple, these covers by @planningwithalatte is such a good source of inspo! The cute and simple smiley characters against a solid background. You can also add stickers to tie it all together.🎀

Another witchy theme 🧙‍♀️ This double-page spread with beautiful illustrations and stickers layered on top of ripped paper is giving me life!! A quote on the other side of the spread is also such a good idea. For this, I can see the theme is quite bookish with the bookshelf and the book quote.

You can however do whatever theme you want and add the quote that you want to set your 2025 with. 🌙

If you’re looking for something more functional straight away, you can make your yearly log your cover by drawing a calendar on a double page spread. This way you will see it first thing when you open your journal and you can keep track of your special days.🌿

This beautiful 2 page spread is so effective as a 2025 cover! I love the layering of different paper types and using simple floral and botanical stickers with a beautiful forest picture and bold lettering.

I also like the idea of adding “a year of peace” to set the tone for the year. You can do whatever word you want. For me, I want it to be the year of fun! ☺️

Another collage-style spread idea but this time using more colourful stickers and elements. I love the fun colours in this! You can also try out different colours and other fun elements! ✨

Last but not the least, is this beautiful collage-style cover by @bujowithbeans layering different types of paper and stickers. I like that everything is in the middle and the use of white space really shifts your focus to the middle of the page.🌿
