Incredibly high quality, stunning designs and the attention to detail is second to none. I've been a loyal customer for a few years now and I couldn't recommend them highly enough. The price is worth it I promise! (I even end up keeping most of the boxes because they're just too nice to throw away)

I am a long time customer and I am always very satisfied. Customer service even checked on me order when I shipped to a friend and asked if this was intentionally or a fraud. Never had the case that anybody cared if the usual address changes and/or the recipient name is different. The products are highest quality and I do not buy any cheap washi tapes anymore.

I recently ordered two luxury notebooks and sticker sets and am now officially hooked. The notebooks are beautiful and very well made, the paper exquisite and designs lovely. The sticker sets were beautifully designed, lightweight and easy to work with.

I have been shopping with Notebook Therapy for about five years and usually place at least two orders a year. I am always so impressed with everything I order. Everything is so beautiful, well thought out, and executed perfectly. Whenever I receive a package from NT it feels like I'm receiving a gift. I've never encountered any issues, never needed to contact customer service, and receive my items in a reasonable amount of time. Even with the prices going up due to tariffs, I don't hesitate to spend the extra money because I know I won't be disappointed.

Have shopped many times from Notebooktherapy and I've never ever had a single problem with their products, shipping etc. I think every single item I've purchased or gotten gifted by friends/family have always been in such beautiful conditions no matter what it is I've gotten, journals, stickers, washi tapes, stamps, lucky bags etc. All of it have such nice quality! Product took awhile to arrive, but the tracking was very detailed so I could see when it cleared customs and where it was the whole time. The product itself was beautiful, as was the packaging - opening my purchase felt like a lovely experience. I can't wait to make another purchase in the future.

I ordered a Travelers bundle. Order arrived in about a week so no problem with delivery. The stickers and tape were good quality, the notebook is cute and the paper is thick and most things don't bleed through it. The issue I did find though is when I was using the tape to decorate it and making layouts, things looked 'off' and I couldn't get them aligned properly. Things aligned with the paper edge were running into the next row of grid towards the bottom of the page, and aligning to the lines of dots was leaving widening gaps. I measured from the edge of the page to the first dots top and bottom and realised there was a 2mm difference between them which when working with a 5mm grid is quite significant. Either the print of the dots was off or the pages weren't properly aligned when bound and cut. I find this pretty irritating now when creating layouts as it's just enough to make everything look slightly wonky. For this reason I wouldn't buy from this brand again. This is a fairly basic quality control issue, so as fun as some of their items are, I will be sticking to other sources.

The products are very high quality - while not cheap you feel like you are getting your money's worth. I absolutely love them! Only drawback the box came crushed and torn. Luckily and surprisingly, the items were not damaged. it was very odd considering all the care that seemed to go into the merchandise - it looks like the box was too small and quite weak. That is a bit troublesome, but the pro's outweigh the con's.

The images online are great but nothing is compared to the real feeling of a notebook in your hand. Now I get why is called notebook therapy, it's a treat for yourself or for someone you love. Ten across the board for the quality, the cuteness and the delivery that was perfect.
